Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an ambitious Business Development Manager (with estimating, sales, or drawing office background ideally acquired in the construction or architectural metalwork industry).

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

Identify partnership opportunities Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand Maintain existing business Think critically when planning to assure project success Preferred Experience Preference will be given to candidates who can show a track record of: Working with and/or selling to steel fabricators and sub-contractors Project management (industrial and construction projects) Selling or project management in any of the following market sectors:
o Civil Engineering

o Marine o Renewables

o Oil & Gas o Chemical

o Construction

o Water board and wastewater treatment

o Rail industry o Energy supply (substations, nuclear)

o Facility management and maintenance

o Handrail, Walkway, Barrier, Roof Edge Protection and Access systems

o Composite products such as planks, grating, flooring, handrail & structures
