If you're a self-motivated, people-oriented professional with a background rooted in hospitality, particularly front-of-house roles, we want to hear from you!The Role:Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for sourcing new leads, developing relationships, and driving sales growth. You will work independently, managing your own schedule, and will be instrumental in expanding our client base. Your hospitality experience, especially in customer-facing roles, will give you a unique advantage in understanding client needs and building rapport.Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business leads through platforms like Sales Navigator and other simple tools.Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients.Work autonomously to plan and structure your daily activities.Meet or exceed set sales targets, with targets agreed upon prior to start.Manage CRM records accurately and efficiently.Collaborate with the team on strategic initiatives and marketing opportunities.Represent the company professionally in all interactions.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry (e.g., front of house, customer service).Proven ability to generate leads independently.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.A likable personality with strong marketing skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously.Reliable driver with access to a vehicle.Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Sales Navigator and CRM software.Ability to work remotely with flexible hours; hours to be agreed upon.Based in Essex or willing to commute as needed.What We Offer:Competitive salary with uncapped commission potential.Car allowance of 450/month plus fuel card.Company-provided phone and laptop.Flexible working hours.Supportive environment with reasonable and achievable targets.Opportunity to grow with a forward-thinking company.To Apply:Please send your CV outlining your relevant experience, especially highlighting your hospitality background and sales achievements.
