What you'll do:
As our Business Development Manager, you'll work hand-in-hand with our Head of Retail to:
Drive performance across a portfolio of Claire House shops
Maximise sales and profitability while keeping our mission front and centre
Lead and inspire shop teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Ensure retail excellence through strategic planning, innovation, and hands-on support
Uphold the highest standards of legal compliance, health & safety, and operational procedures
Who we're looking for:
You're a
natural leader
who thrives on motivating others and improving performance. You have a proven track record in
retail management across multiple sites
and are ready to step up to a role where no two days are the same. Whether you've worked in the charity retail world or commercial high street retail, you bring:
A commercial mindset with a heart for community
Strong people management and mentoring skills
The flexibility to travel across
Liverpool, North Wales and Cheshire
The ability to spot opportunities, solve problems, and get results
