The Role:
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in our Wyboston Lakes office. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships, and helping grow our client base across a range of sectors.
This is a key hire for us -- someone who understands how to sell creative and strategic marketing solutions and is driven to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant industries.
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, outreach, and strategic partnerships.
Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with our service offering.
Deliver compelling proposals and pitches.
Shape our business development strategy and identify growth sectors.
Represent Clicks Marketing at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
Track activity and maintain accurate records to report on progress and forecast sales.
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record in business development, ideally within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency.
Excellent communication and presentation skills -- confident and persuasive in client-facing environments.
Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of marketing and advertising trends.
Comfortable with cold outreach as well as nurturing warm leads.
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong commercial awareness.
Collaborative team player who enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment.
