Responsibilities:
Actively identify and engage potential clients
Implement effective sales strategies to expand the client portfolio and meet sales targets.
Build strong relationships with clients, gaining insights into their unique needs, and offering tailored traffic management solutions.
Be able to write excellent bids, supported by our Senior Business Development Managers
Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Maintain accurate records on our CRM system of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards goals.
Continuously enhance your knowledge of traffic management solutions and stay updated with industry advancements.
Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our company and its services.
Be willing to travel across the United Kingdom to visit customers, sites, offices and any other sales related activity
Minimum Candidate Experience & Qualities:
Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or a related role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Aged 21 or older with a Full UK Driving Licence with maximum of 6 penalty points.
Ideal Candidate Experience & Qualities:
Knowledge of Temporary Traffic Management sector / systems
Proficiency in using Zoho CRM
