, a full time, permanent opportunity has arisen in our Team for
Business Development Manager
. The primary focus is on driving Sales and ensuring the highest levels of Customer service in an efficient manner. The successful applicant will have the ability to create a strategy to identify and develop Key Customer Accounts. You will also use your industry knowledge and expertise to nurture solid partnerships for the future.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
Develop new customer relationships whilst continuously growing existing ones
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Resolve issues and problems faced by customers in a timely manner
Compile and analyse sales data through the CRM system
Collect customer feedback and market research
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
Excellent knowledge or experience of
building and timber products
Previous experience in a sales-based customer focused industry
