The Role
As a
Business Development Manager (BDM)
, you'll play a key role in driving our growth. Your mission?
Build strong relationships, deliver amazing service, and help customers get what they deserve -- all while earning
10% uncapped commission
on top of a solid basic salary.

What You'll Do
Proactively identify new business opportunities and leads
Build long-lasting relationships with clients
Use our in-house HMRC portal to process claims efficiently
Smash targets and celebrate your wins
Use
Salesforce
to track, manage and close deals
Represent the Taxpro brand with confidence and energy
Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing sales team
What We're Looking For
A

Strong communicator - verbal and written

Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but
attitude matters most
Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (preferred)
