Responsibilities



Develop and implement strategic plans to identify new markets and business opportunities Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise outreach efforts Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to meet organisational targets Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation's services Monitor and report on business development activities, providing insights for continuous improvement

Skills



Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry Strong proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or equivalent platforms Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market data and identify growth opportunities Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: 26,786.18-42,000.00 per year
