Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet client requirements.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve organisational sales targets.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation's services.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the relevant industry sector.
Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce and other CRM tools.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.

A recognised degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
