directly from HMRC through a fast, secure, tech-led platform. As we continue to scale nationally, we are expanding our Business Development team to support sustained growth.

The Opportunity



We are hiring driven Business Development Managers (BDM) with proven sales experience and the hunger to build a strong pipeline and earn substantial, uncapped commission. Your success will be powered by your existing network -- people who may be eligible for a rebate and who can introduce you to wider contacts.

Clients will also receive a financial reward for every successful referral they make, generating ongoing warm leads and strong repeat activity.

Typical eligibility indicators

include:

PAYE employment earning 14,000+ from a single employer with a fixed workplace Temporary work locations Unreimbursed or partially reimbursed mileage/travel Unreimbursed food or accommodation costs Unreimbursed training or professional fees
These factors make your network critical to income potential and long-term success in the role.

Key Responsibilities



Generate new business through your own contacts and proactive outreach Maintain strong client relationships and encourage referral activity Assess eligibility and onboard clients Guide clients through the full rebate process, providing clear support and excellent customer service to ensure accurate, timely claim submissions and payouts Submit and track claims via our secure HMRC-approved platform Achieve and exceed monthly performance targets Represent TaxPro professionally at all times

What We're Looking For



Previous sales experience and a strong drive to earn commission A well-established personal or professional network aligned to rebate eligibility Confident relationship-building skills and referral-generation capability Resilient, positive mindset with strong customer focus Proactive approach to managing your own pipeline CRM systems experience

Commission Structure



Commission is fully uncapped and paid monthly as a percentage of TaxPro's fees on successful paid-out claims. Your rate increases as your portfolio grows, with a stepped structure that rewards higher volumes of "tax years" paid out. Rates start at 2.5% and rise through multiple performance bands up to 12.5%, giving you significant earning potential as you build and maintain a strong referral pipeline.
The more claims and referrals you generate, the higher your earnings.
