Business Development Manager



Job description:

1. Responsible for completing promotional and sales tasks arranged by the line manager. Reporting work progress and results on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Assist in increasing brand awareness, products sales, customer and consumer satisfaction at store level.

2. Visit vape stores , supermarkets/convenience stores and other relevant stores, to collect market information, including basic store information, sales information, competitor information, consumer trends, store feedback and demands, etc.

3. Responsible for systematically completing the required duties during store visits in designated area, build store relationships, obtain market and store PSI data. Provide support for stores to enhance sales and branding.

4. Responsible for introducing full products to stores, increase coverage and market penetration, and assist in developing programs to enhance market share.

5. Responsible for checking the exposure of the company's brand in the store, the display of products and materials, ensuring the best way to display, gaining more space for the brand and helping the store sales.

6. Responsible for informing and organizing stores to participate in marketing activities, promotions and contests, as well as carrying out store incentive activities .

7. Responsible for the follow-up of direct sales of products to grocery stores, bars and any other suitable environments.

Requirements?

1. Posses of valid driving licence and car, be able to travel within your assigned territory on a regular basis when it is required.

2. Base in Birmingham, familiar with local market

3. Fluent in English have have strong communication skills

4. Love vape and passionate for this industry.

The ideal candidate



Whilst not a requirement we always love to get applicants who have worked in a similar field Representative roles or retail position (Business Development, Sales Manager, Account Manager) and people who are familiar with vape devices, either through career or in day-to-day life.
