As part of our growth and restructuring phase, we are seeking a strong business leader to help reboost the business, expand training operations, and design a robust administrative and operational infrastructure.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Business Development Manager to take a senior management role within Secureway Training Ltd. This role will lead the development of new training sites, expand SIA licence-linked qualifications, generate new security services contract leads, and design a new administrative and operational infrastructure to support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business development and growth strategy across Secureway Training Ltd Develop and expand SIA licence-linked qualifications and training programmes Identify and establish new training sites and delivery locations Design and implement a new administrative and operational infrastructure Create structured administrative systems for training delivery, compliance, and learner management Develop new business plans aligned with SIA requirements and market demand Generate and manage new security services contract leads Build partnerships with employers, awarding bodies, and training centres Oversee tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior leadership
Requirements

Proven experience in business development or senior management Strong understanding of SIA licensing and licence-linked qualifications Experience in training provider operations or compliance Ability to design and implement business infrastructure Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Results-driven and strategic mindset
