The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the continued expansion of Lanny's Afro Beauty Place by identifying and developing new commercial opportunities, strengthening B2B partnerships, and enhancing the company's strategic market presence across the UK's high-end beauty, wellness, and specialist hair sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies aligned with the company's long-term growth objectives.
Identify, target, and secure new B2B and retail partnerships within the beauty, wellness, and fashion industries.
Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities for expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry partners to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
Lead initiatives to expand the company's premium product line into new distribution channels, including wholesale and trade networks.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design campaigns that promote brand visibility and attract high-value clientele.
Prepare detailed sales forecasts, business proposals, and performance reports for senior management.
Contribute to the development of pricing, promotional, and client engagement strategies to maximise profitability.
Ensure compliance with company standards, ethical practices, and data protection policies when engaging with clients and partners.
