In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth strategies. Duties
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and generate reports.
Skills
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within recruitment and health and social care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
