About the Role
We're looking for a commercially savvy and charismatically persistent Business Development Manager to drive partnerships across our Dine & Play and Life platforms. You'll combine the hustle of outbound sales with the strategic mindset of account growth -- identifying the right businesses to partner with, showing them the value of joining us, and helping them succeed once they're onboard. Ideal for someone with 2-3 years' experience in sales, loyalty, or partnerships -- particularly in hospitality, entertainment, or benefits.
What You'll Be Doing
Win New Business - Pitch and close new partners for our Dine & Play and Life apps (restaurants, attractions, competitive social venues, employers, and more).
Source New Benefits - Identify and secure new customer rewards that will resonate with our users and support our partners.
Grow Existing Accounts - Manage a portfolio of current clients, tracking performance, expanding offers, and deepening the relationship.
Reseller Growth - Spot opportunities to distribute our products via resellers and affiliates.
What You Bring
A proven track record in sales or partnerships (ideally 2-3 years).
Experience in loyalty, rewards, or hospitality/entertainment sectors.
Confidence in cold outreach -- email, calls, face-to-face, or Zoom.
Entrepreneurial mindset: agile, curious, proactive, and resilient.
High emotional intelligence -- you're great at opening doors and building trust.
