Responsibilities

Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to payout, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Maintain and develop strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
Proactively follow up on leads, enquiries, and previous customers to maximise sales opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process whilst working in line with company policies.
Collaborate with the wider team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to implement strong and successful sales strategies and results.
Experience
Good understanding of different financing options and suitability for various business needs.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in finance software for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
Extremely organised with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a strong team player.
The ability to develop and build strong and personable relationships over the phone and in person with a broad range of individuals.
