Summary

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our team in Bristol. This pivotal role involves expanding our client base and strengthening our market presence to support our mission of creating safer and cleaner industrial environments.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the LEV sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Lead sales initiatives using Salesforce and CRM tools to track progress. Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote Vent-Tech Ltd. Monitor market trends to identify emerging opportunities. Contribute to strategic planning for business growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales within the environmental or engineering sectors. Strong knowledge of CRM software. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated success in expanding client portfolios. A proactive approach to identifying new markets. Relevant industry certifications are a plus. A valid UK driving license.
