We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our business by identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and enhancing our overall market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in software utilisation, particularly with Salesforce, to streamline processes and improve client engagement.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company growth targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Utilise Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and generating reports for performance analysis. Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and promote our services. Provide feedback to senior management on market conditions, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Qualifications



Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry. Strong proficiency in software applications; experience with Salesforce is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
