We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Duties
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet client needs
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective strategies for lead generation
Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce and CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and activities
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve organisational targets
Analyse market trends to inform strategic planning and identify emerging opportunities
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights for senior management
Experience
Proven experience in business development or sales roles within a similar industry
Demonstrable success in generating new business leads and closing deals
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential
Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and client relationship management
Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive approach with strategic thinking capabilities
Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory
