We are now seeking an ambitious
Business Development Manager
to help drive the continued growth of our design and build services across multiple market sectors.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create proposals and presentations that align with client objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks.
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage client information, and streamline communication.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within Exhibitions and Events Industry..
Strong understanding of CRM software, particularly Monday.com, to manage customer relationships effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not essential. If you are passionate about driving business growth and have the skills we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.
