BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER



We have an opportunity for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a new team. This role is responsible for developing the business in the Cheltenham, Gloucester & Bristol Clifton area, driving sales and increasing membership in the 3 Studios.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, strong sales acumen and the ability to build and maintain lasting partnerships with local clubs, businesses....

Key responsibilities of this exciting new job in fitness:



Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, adopting a real hunter mentality

Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Generate leads, following up with potential clients and ensure the diary is kept full of free trials

Business to Business proactive outreach, meeting prospective clients face to face to promote the studios and boost the membership numbers for Cheltenham, Gloucester and Bristol

Become a product expert and be able to answer any potential queries and explain to prospective customers why this is a great solution for them

collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support to ensure seamless customer experiences

Meet and exceed sales targets/KPI's while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Assist the internal team on targeted marketing campaigns and outreach activities such as community events to promote the studios

Business to Business proactive outreach, meeting prospective clients face to face to promote the studios and boost the membership numbers for Cheltenham, Gloucester and Bristol

Ideal Candidate:



Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, fitness industry experience is preferred but not essential

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

A real self-starter and high proactive in approach

Ability to travel regularly for client meetings (you will be on the road for most of your time with this role and must have a full UK drivers licence and access to your own transport

Passion for fitness and knowledge of fitness equipment is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 23,810.00 per year
