We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our
vehicle division. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to represent some of the UK's most respected aftermarket brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales across a defined customer base, promoting a comprehensive
portfolio of parts and related products.
Build strong, lasting relationships with motor factors and trade customers to meet and
exceed sales targets.
Deliver customer-specific business plans and tailored strategies to maximise growth and
profitability.
Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and pricing to identify range
gaps and support the successful launch of new products.
Prepare and present customer offers, proposals, and workshops at branch and head office
level.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for strategic growth.
What We're Looking For:
Current experience in selling or vehicle parts within the automotive
aftermarket.
Strong account management and B2B sales background, with the ability to negotiate and
build long-term customer relationships.
awareness and data-driven approach to sales growth.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Experience dealing with complex pricing structures, trade negotiations, or buying groups.
Exposure to SAP, BI tools, or advanced reporting systems.
Automotive technical understanding or workshop background would be advantageous.

Note - The role is mainly remote and field-based, with occasional visits to Chesterfield. During the induction period, the person will need to spend more time in Chesterfield, but once they are fully up to speed, visits can be as needed--weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or less often.
