Job Introduction

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to lead growth in our Complex Care division. This will be an internal role, primarily based in our London office, which will focus on expanding current business relationships and also new client relations.


You will play a pivotal part in the next phase of the Complex Care divisions success and be the face of the business. You will liaise with the recruitment team and client team to secure referrals nationwide.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:



Leading the bidding process for referrals and care packages Managing the full sales cycle from initial attraction, to onboarding clients, passing them to the recruitment team and ensuring expectations are met post placement Responsible for new client and customer acquisitions Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing clients Identifying the best complex care clients and mapping the market Ensuring the growth of the complex care division and building a team around you Building a deep understanding of our client's personal requirements and relevant legislation Ensuring market presence by utilising the internal database, advertisements, job boards, referrals, social media and networking Working towards sales targets and meeting weekly and monthly KPI's Using a variety of sales techniques in order to achieve success and close sales To improve customer relations and overall service delivery to our clients Gain better buy-in and commitment from our clients to maximise on opportunities Promote client growth all the time Help Senior Leadership Team to understand business intelligence, management information and any opportunities missed Help Care Team and Senior Leadership Team [CB2] to understand key growth opportunities and present these frequently To work with the clinical team and recruitment team to identify how we can improve service delivery, increasing hours and resourcing capabilities. To develop all regions and promote growth at all times. Lead with the brand and help us to maintain our likability and integrity with clients

The successful candidate will possess the following:



Minimum 2 years experience within a Complex Care division (Essential) Experience of a fast-paced recruitment environment (Essential) Demonstratable client portfolio (Essential) Ability to expand business and stabilise up a vertical Effective written and verbal communication Comfortable liaising with C suite management Self-motivated and target driven Driven and hardworking Vision to build and manage a team around them Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
