JLA offers a contracted end-to-end equipment supply and maintenance proposition called 'Total Care' alongside multiple other products and services.
Role overview:
You will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of the Sales Strategy for our Consumables Division. Reporting to the Consumable commercial manager you will be responsible for driving growth in all sectors by expanding JLA's footprint within existing accounts and acquiring new customers. You will also identify cross selling opportunities across other verticals and be a key contributor to the overall success of the JLA sales function
Key tasks
Deliver against the sales strategy set for the Consumables team
Work closely with colleagues in ensuring effective management and conversion
Outbound New Business calls
Increase the growth potential in existing accounts and acquiring new clients
Cement and drive key customer relationships
Understanding target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
Developing and delivering presentations to secure new business
Following the latest industry developments and staying up to date on corporate competitors
Criteria
Skills
Demonstrate a proven track record in contracted solution sales.
Have a consultative approach in dealing with client requirements.
A strong communicator capable of handling varied client types with ease.
An understanding of the consumables marketplace would be preferable.
Experience
Successful track record in delivering ambitious growth plans.
Negotiation and presentation skills in gaining new business.
Experience in dealing with decision makers.
A successful track record in selling products using financial justification to demonstrate value to your customers.

Qualifications
We will need you to have a full UK diving license as the role involves UK travel.
