The Role:

Business Development Manager

will play a pivotal role in driving NANA Cafe's expansion, market positioning, and overall commercial success. You'll identify new opportunities, build partnerships, and develop innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and profitability -- ensuring NANA Cafe continues to stand out in the heart of London and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute long- and short-term business growth strategies to scale the brand. Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential franchise developments. Lead feasibility studies, financial modelling, and ROI projections for new projects. Strengthen brand visibility and customer reach through strategic marketing collaborations. Build and maintain partnerships with landlords, developers, investors, and franchisees. Oversee new outlet launches from concept to completion, ensuring brand integrity. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and finance teams. Drive financial performance through data-driven business decisions.
