The Mission
Grow the housebuilder portfolio across the South. Win new schemes with regional developers and guide them through design, spec, and install. This is a step up for someone with drive and people skills who wants bigger responsibility, real autonomy, and a team that will back them. You'll shape how kitchens look and feel in new homes and see your work across large developments.
What Success Looks Like in 12 Months
15-20 live tendered accounts
Work to collate a 10m quote bank
Secure 2.5m in first-year revenue
Healthy mix of short-term opportunities and longer-term schemes in pipeline
Strong relationships with commercial leads and site teams across your patch
Specs matched to budget and aesthetic goals with clean handovers to delivery
CRM up to date with actions, contacts, and deal stages
What You Will Do
Research live and upcoming housing developments and identify decision-makers
Visit sites, meet site managers early, and secure follow-up meetings
Present product ranges that hit quality, look, and cost targets
Keep momentum from first chat to signed contract, then support delivery to protect margin
Feed market feedback to the team to refine offer and pricing
