We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager and operations manager to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence. Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
Lead the day to day operations within the business
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and market share.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Utilise CRM software, particularly Servicem8, to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions efficiently.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with organisational objectives.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Experience
Proven experience in business development or sales roles within a relevant industry.
Demonstrable success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience working with CRM tools and other sales enablement platforms.
Strong understanding of market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
