Job Description

Due to continued expansion, Bell Fire and Security is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our dynamic sales team.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth within the Fire & Security industry. You'll be responsible for building strong new business relationships and generating installation and maintenance sales across both commercial and domestic markets.

What You'll Be Doing



Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities Building strong client relationships to drive sales growth Promoting Bell Fire and Security's accredited fire and security solutions Working closely with the wider sales and service teams to deliver tailored client solutions Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For

We're looking for an ambitious individual with:



A proven track record in sales, ideally within the Fire & Security sector Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A professional, outgoing, and customer-focused approach Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
