Make a difference as a Business Development Manager - Education

Ready to help shape the future of educational adventures? We're looking for a driven, curious and confident Business Development Manager to join our team and help us unlock new opportunities for PGL Beyond.


In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy - spotting untapped potential, identifying "white space" opportunities, and connecting with schools and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) that haven't yet discovered the magic of PGL. You'll be a natural relationship-builder with a hunter mindset, passionate about making meaningful connections and opening doors to new partnerships.


You'll work closely with our Senior Business Development Manager to deliver strategic growth across all brands within the PGL Beyond group. Whether it's launching new initiatives or expanding our reach into new regions, you'll play a key role in helping us grow our impact in the education sector.

A full UK driving licence and ability to travel are essential for this role.

Is this you?

Extensive experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2b environment Demonstrated ability to create and nurture strategic partnerships that contributed to business growth and market presence. Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, with the ability to develop tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Innovation and Adaptability: Ability to think creatively and adapt strategies in response to changing market conditions and customer expectations. Embraces change, challenges norms, and evolves approaches to stay ahead Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and other technology platforms that enhance sales operations and reporting.
