About the Role
In this strategic position, you'll take full ownership of business development efforts within the employee benefits sector. You'll use your expertise and network to build strong relationships, win new business, and ultimately help us scale a dynamic and high-impact proposition.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive new client acquisition
Utilise your network in HR, finance, and leadership circles to identify and convert leads
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape the vision of the employee benefits offering
Progress toward a leadership role with the opportunity to build and manage a growing team
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, with a focus on employee benefits
Strong network of contacts within mid-to-large UK businesses (HR/Finance/Decision-Makers)
Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
A strategic mindset and desire to build something from the ground up
Deep understanding of the UK employee benefits landscape (pensions, healthcare, wellbeing, etc.)
