Business Development Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Essex \xe2\x80\x93 Up to \xc2\xa345,000 plus Car allowance and commission
Our client, who are known Freight Forwarder are looking for Business Development Manager to join their team in Essex.
The role is to be responsible for driving business growth by developing a network of contacts to attract new customers requiring freight forwarding, research market opportunities, make sales projections and forecast revenue.
Hours: 0900AM \xe2\x80\x93 1730PM | Monday to Friday
Job Type: Permanent
** This is a office based role \xe2\x80\x93 4 days in office, 1 day from home **
Package:
- Salary up to \xc2\xa345,000 DOE

- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Generate custom from said pipeline
- Meet clients face to face, over the phone / teams etc
- Build / develop relationships with clients
- Understand the needs of your clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet/exceed these
- Have a good understanding of the businesses\xe2\x80\x99 services and be able to advise others about them
- A minimum of 2 years field sales experience within the Freight Forwarding sector.
- Experience in road, sea and air freight.
