experienced Business Development Manager (BDM)
who is confident in driving new business, building relationships, and achieving real results.
The Role
As a BDM, you'll take ownership of the full sales cycle -- from prospecting and qualification to closing high-value deals. You'll work with marketing and client success teams to deliver tailored solutions that help clients achieve measurable ROI.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Identify and engage new B2B opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
Manage client relationships from initial pitch to onboarding.
Negotiate, close, and grow accounts through consultative selling.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (required).
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline.
Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
