at Precision Media Group, you will be responsible for driving personal sales performance and focusing on high-value partnerships within the luxury real estate industry. This role demands a proactive and strategic approach to outreach, leveraging phone, email, LinkedIn, and Instagram to engage decision-makers and close deals.
Operating on US hours (2 PM - 10 PM or 3 PM - 11 PM UK time, Monday to Friday), your primary objective is to consistently hit and exceed your monthly sales target of $50,000 USD FYV through direct sales efforts, with the potential to reach $80,000 USD FYV when partnered with a Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution & KPI Achievement
Achieve and exceed monthly targets:
$50,000 USD FYV per month through direct sales.
$80,000 USD FYV per month when partnered with a Sales Executive.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals.
Develop and implement outreach strategies, incorporating personalisation and multi-channel engagement.
Maintain a consistent and high-quality pipeline to ensure steady revenue growth.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Identify and connect with key decision-makers in luxury real estate and regional business partnerships.
Deliver clear and compelling value propositions, driving interest and commitment from potential clients.
Manage follow-ups and ongoing client relationships to increase deal closure rates and long-term revenue potential.
Short-Term Sales Planning & Strategy
Develop and execute short-term (1-3 month) sales plans, focusing on high-impact, revenue-generating activities.
Adapt and refine sales tactics based on performance data and client feedback to maximise effectiveness.
Identify new business opportunities and ensure a proactive approach to revenue growth.
Multi-Channel Prospecting & Outreach
Utilise a variety of outreach methods to engage prospects, including:
Phone calls - Build rapport and secure high-value appointments.
Emails - Develop and use best-practice email templates to improve engagement and conversions.
Social media (LinkedIn & Instagram) - Generate leads, establish authority, and build relationships.
Continuously test and refine outreach techniques to improve conversion rates and efficiency.
Performance & Revenue Focus
Maintain high activity levels, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-ups.
Drive personal sales revenue while ensuring all leads are effectively nurtured through the pipeline.
Seek continuous improvement in sales techniques, negotiation skills, and deal-closing strategies to increase success rates.
Performance Expectations
Sales Target:
$50,000 USD FYV per month through individual sales efforts.
$80,000 USD FYV per month when working alongside a Sales Executive.

Proven sales experience in B2B sales, media, advertising, or luxury real estate partnerships.
A self-motivated, target-driven approach, with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build high-value client relationships.
Experience in multi-channel outreach, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Comfortable working US hours (2 PM - 10 PM or 3 PM - 11 PM UK time, Monday to Friday).
Ability to work independently, take ownership of personal sales performance, and maximise earning potential.
