This role involves market research, lead generation, and strategic client engagement to expand the companyxe2x80x99s footprint in key industries. The individual will work closely with internal teams to design tailored outsourcing solutions, optimize service offerings, and ensure alignment with client needs. By fostering strong relationships with potential and existing clients, the Business Development Manager contributes to revenue growth, competitive positioning, and long-term business success of the business.1.2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across various industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Analyse market trends, competition, and client needs to create compelling service offerings.
  • Drive lead generation efforts through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to drive long-term business partnerships.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and secure contracts.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present high-quality proposals, RFP (Request for Proposal) responses, and business presentations.
  • Develop customised outsourcing solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing models, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service implementation.
  • Align sales efforts with company objectives and business goals.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, customer pain points, and potential areas for service improvement.
  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales conversions, and market insights.
  • Continuously refine sales strategies based on performance data and feedback.

  • Ability to sell end to end solutions including outsourced contact centre solutions.
  • Proven track record of selling to the contact centre or adjacent industry.
  • Knowledge of contact centre technology, customer contact strategies and market propositions
  • Confident negotiator and ability to xe2x80x98close the dealxe2x80x99
  • Excellent stakeholder management expertise
  • Has passion for delivering high quality customer service
  • Strong knowledge of outsourcing models, business processes, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, lead generation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of global outsourcing trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in BPO
