As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for seeking out motor trade dealers and encouraging them to sign up and open an account with Central Car Auctions. You will also be responsible for managing and engaging current accounts, ensuring that we are fulfilling our customers' automotive needs.
Day-to-day duties
Identify potential customers in your given area
Visit potential customers while fully maximising your time resource
Create and execute action plans by analysing the area's performance
Visit current accounts with a clear purpose and desired outcome
Report back to line manager in an accurate, concise manner
Essential skills
Good organisational skills
Personal drive and ambition alongside pride in your personal performance
Ability to analyse data to problem-solve and look for incremental and marginal gains
