Duties
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and increase sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new market opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and pitch presentations
- Utilise Salesforce software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent networking abilities with a proactive approach to building relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Salesforce software is advantageous
