Duties

Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to prospective clients' needs. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility. Utilise CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyse sales data for informed decision-making. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth or differentiation. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation's services.

Skills



Proven experience in business development or sales roles, ideally within a similar industry. Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce or equivalent platforms. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams. Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification. Ability to analyse data effectively to inform sales strategies and decision-making processes. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
