You'll take ownership of developing revenue opportunities from our existing client base and proactively converting prospects into profitable, long-term accounts. With the support of a committed internal team and access to thousands of contacts and products, you'll have the tools, platform, and autonomy to succeed -- now it's about bringing the right mindset.
As a Business Development Manager at PAL Hire, you'll be responsible for:
Take full ownership of growing and retaining a portfolio of high-potential customer accounts.
Identify new business opportunities through targeted outreach, tapping into our database of 40,000+ commercial contacts.
Lead client conversations with energy and curiosity to uncover challenges, timelines, and buying criteria.
Create and deliver compelling proposals that position PAL Hire as the most reliable and flexible hire partner.
Build trusted relationships with procurement leads, site managers, and key decision-makers.
Uncover additional revenue streams through consultative cross-selling and upselling strategies.
Maintain a robust and well-managed CRM pipeline to ensure follow-ups, activity tracking, and forecasting.
Collaborate with sales, service, and operations to ensure delivery excellence and long-term client satisfaction.
About You:
You're a natural self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
You have a hunger to succeed, push boundaries, and turn effort into results.
You thrive in environments where resilience, pace, and performance are key.
Experience in the hire, construction, logistics, or service sectors is a strong advantage.
You communicate with confidence and clarity, whether by phone, video call, or in-person.
You know how to qualify, nurture, and close opportunities effectively.
You're organised, driven, and capable of managing multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
You're tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools.
