Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and market share Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking new prospects Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns Manage sales pipelines effectively using CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions Attend industry conferences, meetings, and networking events to promote the organisation's services

Skills



Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strategic thinker with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Knowledge of market analysis techniques and sales strategies
