The Role:
We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to help us expand our customer base and accelerate growth. You will be the face of Wickens, connecting with clients across multiple industries and delivering tailored solutions that meet their specific operational needs. Your insights will help shape our products and strategies while contributing to the company's ambitious growth plans.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Growth:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence and customer base.
Client Relationships:
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, guiding them from project conception to completion.
Tailored Solutions:
Collaborate with customers to design heavy-duty storage systems and steel building solutions that meet their exact requirements.
Market Insights:
Stay ahead of industry trends and provide actionable feedback to enhance our product offerings.
Collaboration:
Partner with engineering, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project delivery and innovative solutions.
Presentations & Proposals:
Deliver compelling proposals and presentations that showcase Wickens' market-leading systems.
Who You Are:
Customer-Focused:
You understand client needs intuitively, even when they're not fully articulated.
Knowledgeable (or Curious):
Background in steel fabrication or engineering is a plus, but eagerness to learn is key--we provide the tools to help you succeed.

What You'll Need:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
