Flourish are supporting an exciting client in the hospitality space who are looking for a driven
Business Development Manager
to grow their client base across London. This is a field-based role focused on winning new business, managing the full sales cycle, and developing existing accounts through smart cross-sell and upsell strategies.
The Role
Proactively identify, pitch, and close new B2B opportunities within catering and hospitality
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Manage and grow existing accounts, maximising revenue through cross-selling and upselling
Represent the business face-to-face with clients in the field
What We're Looking For
Proven experience working within
hospitality or catering
(essential)
Ideally
1+ year of B2B sales experience
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a field sales environment
What's On Offer
Salary: 35,000-38,000
depending on experience
