Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven
Business Development Manager
to lead revenue growth across our existing client base and to identify and close new business opportunities. This is a strategic role that balances account management with high-level business development.
Main Job Functions
Account Management:
Maintain and grow revenue from our existing Photobot estate.
Develop strong relationships with current clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
Look to maximise revenue through strategic activation plan
New Business Development:
Identify, target, and secure new clients of scale
Lead the end-to-end sales process--from outreach and pitch to negotiation and contract closure.
Create a clear strategy and execute the plan for new business
Strategy & Reporting:
Track performance against monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Provide regular pipeline updates and client feedback to help shape the sales strategy.
Collaborate with wider Photobot team to
Building long term partnerships:
Build warm, long-term relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and genuine care for client success.
Act as a true partner to clients - championing their goals, celebrating wins together, and creating a collaborative, friendly dynamic.

Required skills and experience :
Proven success in a sales or account management role, ideally in events, media, tech, or creative services.
Experience working with national customer and multiple site operations
Full P&L management experience
Strategic and thoughtful sales person with ambition
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Commercially savvy and target-driven, with a proactive approach.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
