The Role



We're looking for a Business Development Manager to live and breathe the core values above on a daily basis and take ownership of lead generation, outreach, and sales conversations.

This isn't just a closing role, it's about building relationships with physiotherapists and clinic owners who align with our values and vision.

You must be a self-starter and willing to go 'the extra mile' and contribute to the team.

You must be able to start fast and make an immediate impact and contribution to our team.

You'll be responsible for:



Generating and nurturing leads through strategic outreach, partnerships, and campaigns Managing inbound enquiries and taking discovery calls with potential clients Building relationships with clinic owners through personalised communication Following up intelligently, not pushy, but with purpose and consistency Developing collaborations and awareness campaigns with like-minded partners Managing and tracking all opportunities in our CRM Working directly with the CEO to refine messaging, offers, and partnerships

What Success Looks Like



You generate consistent, qualified opportunities through outreach and relationship-building. You confidently lead sales conversations and close new clients.
