Duties



Develop and implement strategic plans to identify new business opportunities and markets Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve organisational sales targets Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to client needs Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting Organise presentations, proposals, and demonstrations for potential clients Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation's services Monitor customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams to enhance service delivery

Requirements



Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the same industry Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic plans accordingly Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets Degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is desirable Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: 24,602.93-55,851.51 per year
