Offering a wealth of experience in the textile industry, we have grown organically year on year and are now looking to recruit a new sales executive for the Bespoke & Industrial division of our business.
We have a strong national client base, and our market sectors include haulage, automotive, petro-chemical and Military. We offer a broad range of products and work very closely with our clients to produce the correct product or solution required for protecting assets from the inclement weather.
Job Brief
We are looking to recruit a new business development manager for our Bespoke division of the business. The role will be a hybrid role from home, office and on the road.
The role is required to sell industrial covering solutions for any sector that requires it. This requires attending site and gathering the customers requirements and either looking at the solution on site or feeding the information back to the design and estimator team to quote.
Attention to detail is fundamental in this role and therefore a keen eye for detail is really important.

The Candidate
Candidates for this role must have Business Development, sales and account management experience.
The role will involve the following duties: -
New Business Development - The candidate must be able to proactively identify and create new business opportunities and source new market sectors.
You must be able to
Account management - The candidate must be confident to manage and create relationships. You must be confident at building a relationship and servicing clients to ensure repeat business.
Site visits / surveys - The candidate must be confident dealing with customers face to face
You must be a practical thinker and like thinking of solutions for customers.
You must
Confident - The candidate must be confident, able to demonstrate a clear understanding of product capabilities and be able to present at both trade shows and at board level.
Proactive role to sales is vital.
Demonstrate a clear, proven track record in sales within the Industrial textiles market.
Convert deals in the quickest and best way without compromising quality or detail
Ensure all relevant details given by clients are recorded, documented and transferred to the production department correctly.
Must have a keen eye for detail and diligent with everything they do.

Experience
The individual must have working in the Industrial textiles markets before within sales
Must have at least 3 years sales experience
Salary - Basic starting from 40,000 depending on experience within the sector with an uncapped commission structure and very good earning potential.
