This is a high-impact, hunter-style role focuses on identifying, engaging, and securing new customers. You'll be the face of innovation, building strategic relationships and delivering tailored solutions that excite brands and partners alike.
What You'll Do
Forge senior-level relationships with target customers and channel partners. Lead commercial strategy, from account planning to contract negotiation. Collaborate with converters, designers, printers, and Total Solutions Providers. Drive new business acquisition plans with precision and creativity. Partner with project managers to deliver major initiatives from concept to launch. Provide commercial insight and support across key product programmes.
What You'll Bring
Proven track record of senior commercial experience in paper manufacturing or merchanting. Proven success in complex negotiations and multi-stakeholder projects. A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong prioritisation and planning skills. Exceptional relationship-building and data presentation capabilities.
