We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding estate agents within the region, identifying sources of new proeprties to sell at auction, building and maintaining strong relationships with introducers, and driving the growth of our company. The ideal candidate must have experience in this sector and ideally in this role, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new agents and property introducers to expand the client base.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the auction consultants teams in office to ensure quality client service & business objectives.
Track sales performance metrics and report on progress weekly; attend zoom meeting min 2 x per week
Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company's services and enhance visibility.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales management.
Strong understanding of agency and auctions.
Proficiency in Salesforce software is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
