building strong relationships with advisers and brokers

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with advisers and brokers Act as their trusted expert, helping them understand and promote Vitality's products Identify opportunities to grow your region and strengthen existing partnerships Work closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding service Manage your own time effectively and meet agreed performance targets

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in sales, business development or relationship management (any industry) Excellent communication and influencing skills Self-motivated, confident and results-driven Full clean driving licence (mobile role across the Thames Valley region)
No experience in financial services required -
