The Role:
We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly growing IT Reseller Team. Based on-site, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and is looking to start their career in the IT industry.
As part of an established outbound telesales organisation, you'll play a vital role in driving revenue growth while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Proactively generate new business opportunities, moving into long-term account management.
Hit and exceed sales targets with confidence and consistency.
Convert leads into deals through active follow-up and client engagement.
Collaborate with our in-house specialist teams to offer tailored, value-added services.
Provide an exceptional customer journey from first contact to post-sale support
The Candidate:
Proven track record in sales - ideally in the IT sector.
Strong commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.
Entrepreneurial drive with a passion for building a client base from scratch.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
A collaborative team player who takes initiative and influences outcomes.
Experience in business development and/or account management is highly desirable.
