F&P Healthcare is a growing staffing agency that sends care and support workers into residential homes, supported living services, nursing homes, and mental health services for both children and adults.

We're simple: We find good people. We send them to the places that need them. And we make sure everyone is looked after.

What We Do



We work with care providers across the North to make sure they always have the staff they need. If a home needs someone last minute, we sort it. If they need long-term support, we handle that too. Our job is to keep services steady, safe, and supported so the people who rely on care never go without help.

Why Now



We've set a clear target:

4 million turnover by the end of 2026

. To get there, we need more clients, more services, more contracts, and deeper relationships. We're growing fast but to hit the next level, we need someone who can go out there and bring in new business while helping us strengthen what we already have.

You're the type who walks into a room full of strangers and comes out with five new contacts. If you've got experience in healthcare staffing, social care, or sales, great. If you've got contacts, even better. If you can hit the ground running, perfect.

Part 1:

We need new clients, new services, and new contracts to keep growing. Without new business coming in, we can't move forward. We can't hit 4 million. We can't scale. Simple.

Our clients rely on us. If we don't bring in more services, we can't create more opportunities for our workers or better support the homes that need us. This role shapes the future of the company and the people who depend on us.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 32,000.00-37,000.00 per year
